Managing customer accounts and delivering best practice marketing
My role as Commercial Marketing Communication Manager for HP was to plan, manage, deliver and report revenue generating marketing campaigns in the Commercial segment through direct and indirect go-to-market channels.
I was responsible for building the UK customer communications strategy and marketing plan for Small and Midsize Businesses (SMB). I lead best practice modern marketing (digital, content, automation, social, affiliate, advocacy) in a fast-paced market which is consistently reflected in customer satisfaction scores and revenue growth (16,133 net new customers acquired with a financial impact of $7.7m over 12 months from $500k budget).
I was responsible for building the UK Partner strategy and marketing plan for Office 365 and Lync (now Skype for Business), two of Microsoft’s priority workloads in the UK.
Working with some of the coolest technology start-ups in the UK to help them get the best out of Microsoft Technology to launch and grow their business.
