Graduate development programme consisting of 3 placements around the business in different roles. 1 - Section Manager Ground Transport Services - managing a team of bus drivers (approximately 300 in total) on the day to manage our operation at Heathrow coaching our crew and customers around the airport. 2 - Salesforce Effectiveness Lead - leading a project to roll out a new selling system and new ways of working to our Sales forces across Asia, The Pacific and Africa 3 - Communications Executive - Working in the internal communications team across the company to deliver various communications projects to colleagues across BA.
