Audit senior and qualified chartered accountant
I look after a team who work with clients to help build capability, embed change and understand the culture in their organisations.
I work for PwC in London and have been there for the past 20 years but in a variety of roles. I also act as a coach and mentor in the business and lead our efforts on Diversity and Inclusion in my business unit.
I am fortunate in the work I do to be able to help professionals at PwC and at my clients to grow in confidence through good training, coaching and development activities.
Outside of work I am the treasurer of a medical charity, supporting a hospital in Uganda, am actively involved in my local church and enjoy yoga, running and cricket. I have two boys who are now 10 and 13 and work flexibly to be able to balance it all together!
