As part of a small Digital Innovation Organisation, we identify the digital technology of the future that we might be able to use in BP - to make things safer, work better, happen more quickly and so on. My days are hugely busy and hugely rewarding in equal measure. I make sure I get thinking time each week, even if it's on the tube/train - it's very important to give yourself space to dream a little.
