The role as paralegal included managing personal injury claims from start to finish for people who have been involved in car accidents. I had my own portfolio of cases and would liaise with clients and review medical reports to come to a settlement (compensation money for injuries). There was a lot of information and skills to learn as well as getting used to using legal terms and phrases.
For this role I used to validate energy invoices and pick up any errors so our clients weren't overcharged. It was a lot of data entry on to computers and working with numbers. This was a data entry job for a growing integrated energy management company. This included bill management and vaidation for many sectors
This was a stand-alone position where I supported 9 area managers, 2 team leaders, the account manager and, occasionally, the Managing Director.
This was a temporary role to cover maternity leave. It included a lot of work and I worked in a great team!
The reward and benefits team provides and promotes benefits to Superdrug employees such as discount cards, private medical insurance and dental plans. As the administrator in the team I would handle all the day to day activities such as booking hire cars for people and issuing discount cards to new members of the business. I also kept the filing in order and helped with any communications the team needed (posters, emails, radio).
I manage our wellbeing benefits such as private medical insurance and look after our company car fleets. There is a lot of project work particularly when it comes to recognition which is a big focus within the team. I still do some admin and run reports/use trackers day to day to complete my work. Love my team and continue to grow as a person day to day. This role is very fast paced and includes lots of deadlines which I enjoy! I also love that I get to be creative with my work (designing communications, writing engaging emails).
Have confidence in yourself and know that you always have something to bring to the table. Don't worry about being 'different' or 'weird' because this is your strength! Being different from everyone else can make you stand out and give you an advantage. If you're not comfortable with something at work always speak up and express how you're feeling. Grab all the opportunities you can and remember to have fun!

I'd study a bit more and maybe choose Drama GCSE to build my confidence. I'd stick at things even when they seemed really difficult.
