Business Management Apprenticeship for 18 months whilst achieving a Level 3 Business Administration Diploma

I am 21 years old and joined Microsoft at the age of 18 as an apprentice after finishing my A-Levels. For my A-Levels I studied Physical Education, History and Ethics and Philosophy. I wasn't sure whether I wanted to go to university or not so looked for other options which is when I came across the Microsoft Apprenticeship Programme.
I liked constantly learning but didn't like that we weren't necessarily applying what we were learning

I wasn't sure what I wanted to do, so when I saw the MSFT Business Apprenticeship I thought it was the perfect option as it would allow me to see what roles are available in a real-life large organisation
Not be afraid to do something different e.g. an apprenticeship. If I were to do it again, I would have asked more questions about apprenticeships and promoted them further. My school pressured us to go to university.
