My current job is my favourite, because I can apply the experiences I have from my other jobs to this one. I enjoy working with customers and understanding their challenges and matching what we do to their aspirations and needs.
Bad experiences are the ones where you learn 90% of what is important in your job and career. They are hard at the time, but if you work it through they are by far the most valuable.
If I had my time again I would have taken A level subjects I liked, rather than the ones that I saw as a route to success. I always enjoyed Chemistry, German and Geography. I didn't enjoy physics or PE!

I have learned on the job from others who I have observed and spoken to to understand their approach. I have taken formal training on areas such as Commercial Awareness and Selling skills
I wanted to travel and use foreign languages. Air hostess was on my list!
I would say yes to way more than I did and take the opportunities even if I didn't think I was 100% sure I could do it.
